COPAL
30:1 Gearmotor
Great
power and speed, light weight and very efficient, this incredible
little motor is one great value, and at under 1 ounce each!
The
built-on 30:1 gearhead provides a great amount of torque to the
wheels while still being quite zippy. We recommend using our Foam
Tires with this motor, as they provide good shock absorption
for the small gearhead (not recommended for larger then 1.5" diameter
wheels). Pre-wired with about 4" long leads.
Voltage:
4.8-9V
Only 1.43" long, 5/8" diameter
weight: .88oz
52.49 oz-in torque @ 12V
29.16 oz-in torque @ 6V
770rpm @ 12V
390rpm @ 6V
stall at 1.3a (Avoid stalling, to prevent gear damage)

COPAL
50:1 Gearmotor
This
little motor takes the Copal line another step further with
its all-metal gears at a ratio of 50 to 1. We've tested this
motor extensively, and were extremely impressed at it's performance.
There
are now TWO different versions of this motor- one with a 6V motor,
and one with a 12V motor. Since we know many builders will opt
to overvolt these motors anyway to 12+ volts, we had Copal develop
a new 6V version of this motor, just for the Robot MarketPlace!
Both motor models have wire leads soldered onto the back. Check
out the stats below.
Note
that this motor's gearbox is exposed, so it's best for use in
a bot where it is enclosed. If you need to, you could wrap a
layer of thin CF or foil around the gearbox if you're worried
about grit getting inside, or better yet, check out our Lexan
Mounts made just for this motor, which also keep the gearbox
enclosed.

60:1 Gearmotor
This
is a very popular motor for Antweight robots. Some of the top
robots out there use this motor for drive. Very high power,
light weight and very efficient, this incredible little motor
is one great value, and at under 1 ounce each!
The
built-on 60:1 gearhead provides a great amount of torque to the
wheels. We recommend using our Foam
Tires with this motor, as they provide good shock absorption
for the small gearhead. Pre-wired with about 4" long leads.

Micro
Geared Motors
These
are the smallest gearmotors we've found, nice durable quality
too!
High
quality all-metal gears in all models. Select high torque or
high speed.
The
entire motor with gears weighs only .3 ounces! They are
rated for 5.0V DC, but we have tested and run them at 9.0V,
even up to 12V. Many tires/wheels can be directly mounted to
the diameter output shaft.Note that the 35:1 is a bit larger
than the others. Great for use in Sumo robots!
Please
note the
shafts are different on these models. For example, the 50:1 comes
with a longer, 12mm long shaft, while the 75:1 comes with a stubby
5mm shaft. The 56:1 motor has an even longer shaft, but is only
2mm instead of 3mm diameter. Please review the chart below when
making your selection.
With
these motors we will see a new evolution of tiny bots. YES, the prop
adapter and aluminum hubs we sell will fit on most of these
motors!

B-Series
Beetle Gearmotors
These
are some awesome motors for your Beetleweight (3 pound) robot,
or for a steroid-powered Antweight. Also great for applications
that require high-torque lifting or movements of arms, etc.
We
haven't seen a motor this good since the old Escap
33:1,
All-metal
planetary gearbox with metal gears. Available in 3 different
gear ratios, whether you need a super-zippy 16:1, which is all
about the speed, up to a monstrous torque 104:1 with a huge 247oz-in
of torque!

6-Speed Gearbox H.E.
This
precision 6-Speed Gear Box, High Efficiency, is a compact unit
with a variety of gear ratio options to choose from. Several
crank arms and a RE-260 motor are included. This versatile,
high-efficiency gearbox lets you build one of six different
gear ratios so you can select the best combination of speed
and torque. Whatever your application, chances are that one
of the configurations will do the job. A clutch gear protects
the gearbox in high-gear-ratio configurations so that the gearbox
doesn't rip itself apart if the output shaft gets stuck.
The 5mm, round
output shaft is compatible with the Sports
Tire set and Narrow tire set. Perfect for many Tamiya Construction
and Robotics projects. Some assembly required.
Gear Ratios: 11.6:1, 29.8:1, 76.5:1, 196.7:1, 505.9:1, and 1300.9:1
