The new Mini Funtana 3D EP ARF from E-flite™
is an extraordinary aerobatic performer designed especially for park flyer pilots
who prefer flying electric. It’s tightly constructed from lightweight
balsa and plywood. The ARF includes carbon fiber landing gear, fiberglass cowl
and wheel pants. It’s the same level of materials and craftsmanship that
goes into our Hangar 9 brand, but at a lower price point than competitive products.
And, like the Hangar 9 FuntanaS™ 3D performers,
the E-flite version flies like a dream with unlimited potential to perform any
aerobatics an experienced electric pilot can conjure up. The Funtana EP’s
low wing loading and finely engineered tapered constant-thickness airfoil produce
excellent slow-speed performance and handling, while its large control surfaces
provide unbelievable control authority.
The E-flite Funtana EP comes with a 6.6:1 gearbox
and propeller, and it can also be easily upgraded using E-flite brushless motors.
For instance, the E-flite Park 400 Brushless Motor includes an adapter plate
that connects easily to the Funtana’s gearbox. We even include a 10-Tooth
pinion gear for the motor.
