Robot MarketPlace - Dave's Hubs - 4mm Hub Set of Two
These are for mounting the Lite-Flite foam wheels on an insect class fighting bot. They can be used with Lite-Flites from 1 3/4in. diameter to 3in. diameter after the plastic Lite-Flite hub has been removed and discarded.
The final product is sturdier, more compact, more reliable, and more elegant than the Mini Aluminum hubs. I know this from first hand experience. In addition, I also know that this hub can survive more spinner damage than the shaft its mounted on. Only major issue is the price, but it is definitely worth it.

The best in the business
There is simply no better way to attach a liteflite to a gearmotor. I use them as standard on my beetle weight Weta Kits.

Excellent!
Highly recommended! Very easy to install and they work great! It's a good idea to locite the setscrew to the shaft as they can loosen a little.
I use it with the B16 gearmotors and they work well.

This hub is the most straight forward way to adapt a Lite-Flite to a 3-4mm shaft. The bore can also be drilled out to around 6mm if needed.
It's also worthwhile to replace the 10-32 flat head screw with a hex key socket cap screw that can be cranked tighter, and also to add some loctite to the set screw.

No better way to mount a Lite-Flite. I've haven't had a wheel come off yet using these.
