Elevator & Aileron (Elevon/V-Tail) Mixer

A simple plug-in mixer for post-receiver, pre-speed controller mixing. Use for one-stick "Tank Style" driving control of your bot when your radio or speed controller is not capable of mixing modes.

Couldn't be simpler to install- simply plug the leads into two channels of your receiver and use some cable extensions to your independant speed controls, such as IFI Victors or Thors.

Extremely light, weighing not much more than a pair of 3" cables. Small enough to use even in an Antweight robot! Comes standard with Futaba style connectors.

DigiMix II Programmable Elevon/V-Tail Mixer

DigiMix-II is an advanced programmable servo mixer for R/C ‘flying wings’ and/or V-Tail aircraft. It also works great for robots when you want to achieve the convenience of 'single-stick' driving.

It includes features that are normally only found on computerized radio systems, allowing customized set-up of control surface movement. This feature makes DigiMix-II ideal from beginner to advanced pilots, where sensitivity may be adjusted according to pilot ability. Experienced pilots may increase sensitivity beyond the normal range offered by standard radio equipment, by programming full servo travel (120%) for extreme & fast manoeuvres.

2-Channel Digisafe Failsafe Module

DigiFailSafe allows you to program the position of the servos or speed controllers in the event of radio signal loss or interference. For normal operation, the device can be programmed to output 1% to 120% of normal servo travel, allowing the sensitivity of your model to be easily adjusted (ideal for beginners and experts alike!).

This device can also be used as a servo/ESC limiter - simply program the amount of travel required (between 1% and 120%). Read the User's Manual for full details and specifications.

Programmable Micro Failsafe Module - Dynamite

A programmable fail-safe unit, designed to return the signal from your receiver (running to your servo, speed controller, etc), back to a pre-defined brake position in the event of a signal loss to your receiver, or when the receiver's input voltage drops below 4.0 volts.

A failsafe is critical in all combat robots, and is required for nearly all competitions. If your radio/receiver or speed controllers are not capable of a programmable failsafe position, you will need one of these for each of your receiver's outputs that you are using for a motion device.

This unit is very simple to hook up inline from your receiver to your speed controller/servo, and is easy to program with the touch of a button. The Dynamite Micro Failsafe has a status LED. A solid green LED means normal operation. A solid orange LED means brake position set. Solid red LED means signal loss, and failsafe engaged. Flashing LED between red & orange means low battery voltage.

The World's Smallest, Lightest Switch-Mode Super BEC

BEC (Battery-Elimination Circuit) provides a constant 5V or 12V output (depending on which model you select) to your receiver and/or servos. Simply connect the red and black leads to your (switched) main battery inputs, and plug the RC connector into any port of your receiver, and now you can ditch that bulky reciever battery pack!

The new 12V model is the perfect addition to an IFI Isaac system, it will allow you to supply a constant 12V input into your Isaac 16 input without having to use a separate battery pack.

S-BEC is a highly integrated and sophisticated switch-mode power supply operating from 5.5V to 50V input and producing a constant 5V (or 12V) output, with any load up to 2.5A continuous – suitable for up to 8 standard servos or 6 digital servos. Besides being the smallest and lightest switch-mode BEC in the world, thanks to the latest integrated circuit technology, it also has the highest input voltage rating, allowing the use of up to 41 NiCd or Ni-MH cells (1.2V per cell). S-BEC is also compatible with Li-Ion and Li-Poly cells. S-BEC has special components to cater for the high instantaneous current draw that servos usually require. Although this instantaneous current may be above 2.5A, the continuous current draw of each servo is very much less, and S-BEC is designed to handle both these current ‘spikes’ and the continuous current requirements of both standard and digital servos.

The S-BEC, unlike other similar devices, produces signifcantly less noise that could produce radio interference. Electronic Speed Controllers (ESC) for throttle control generate noise several times that of the S-BEC.  Just the same, both ESC and S-BEC should be placed as far as possible from the receiver.  That is simply safest, standard practice.

Features
- 5.5 V to 50 V input (6 cells minimum, up to 33 cells at 1.5V/cell or 41 cells at 1.2V/cell) , minimum 12V input required for 12V model
- 2.5 Amp continuous output current.
- Low ripple voltage.
- Exceptionally low EMI (electronically quiet).
- Short circuit protection.
