I just felt like changing the image on the home page what do ya think? Also, gradually cleaning up and updating minor sections of the site. There sure was a lot of old stuff here! Let me know if you see stuff that needs updating or if you would like to see any other features added to, and as always, if you see any recent news articles with Robotic Combat featured, please send it to me! Thanks

I also hear that my lightweight, Backlash, is on Comedy Central again tonight in one of the lightweight rumbles! Don't miss it!

Also, Backlash was featured on AOL at Keyword: BattleBots! Check it out!

BattleBots has made it official! The next event will take place November 16-19 at the All American Sports Park in Las Vegas, Nevada. Read the announcement and the full scoop is now available on the BattleBots site. Read all the updated information and get your registration in! See you there!

I finished Nightmare's San Francisco BattleBots 2000 report. I also added a few new photos to Nightmare's Photo Album.

I finished Nightmare's photo album. I'll add more pictures every once in a while and I'm aiming to have a similar photo album for each of my robots. Enjoy!

My lightweight bot, Backlash is on T.V. again tonight! Comedy Central- Backlash vs. The Crusher!

9/14/00 (part 2)

I've updated the look of the Backlash page to match the site. More videos and pictures coming soon.

"1.4 million households and 2 million viewers" BattleBots is HUGE! Check out this article from!

Live around the East Coast of the U.S. and want to get some Robot Combat in your system? The Central Jersey Robo-Conflict is under 3 weeks away! September 30 in Cherry Hill, NJ at ShoreCon 2000 .

Special fan recognition time! Keegan Hutto, a fan who saw my robots in action on the Battlebots TV show on Comedy Central, got to work right away and made a tiny Lego version of Nightmare! It really works too (and kicks some lego robutt)!!

I made a page just to recognize the effort he put in to make this cool little robot and videos.

Awesome job, Keegan!!!

9/9/00 is proud to announce the setup of its own dedicated internet host server! Now I can stop worrying about drive space restrictions and traffic issues as this site grows. I will definitely be taking full advantage of this over time, adding a TON of new video to the video page and plenty of new robot pics as I get them. So, stay tuned for some big additions to!

In the meantime, is proud to be hosting some other robot builders' stuff on the new server. Jason Bardis, of Infernolab Robots, is now storing several cool videos of him and his robot on our server. You can check them out on his InfernoTV page.

If you, or anyone else you know is interested in getting a robot-related web site hosted with RobotCombat, or just need some server space to store robot-related stuff, please feel free to contact me.

I also organized the Nightmare page a bit, it was getting messy. It's still got a ways to go, but at least it matches the site format that I'm moving towards. Watch that page for more updates soon.

Wow, is it September already? To keep things neat and tidy, I've archived the August updates below, if you missed anything, you might want to go back and read up on what happened, it's been rather busy lately....

Christian Carlberg over at has certainly been busy! He just finished a major update to his site, including an awesome (and very useful) Robot Database, new pics and now he's even selling cool miniature RUNNING versions of his Heavyweight bot, Overkill! Check it out!

I've been digging up more media coverage of BattleBots, check it out on my media page for some new additions over the last couple days. As I see it, I post it. Let me know if you see any articles out there that I've missed! Thanks!
