Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Expressand Discover cards for our products. Simply fill your shopping cart with the items you wish to purchase, then click on the button to pay with your Credit Card. If you want your shipment sent to a different address than your billing address, please click the button that says "Separate Billing/Shipping Address". Concerned about security? Don't worry, our shopping cart software is 100% secure, using only the best in online security encryption, your order information is safe with us. If you wish to use your Discover card, you will need to choose the PayPal payment method, and use their service for that card.

Mail Order
Don't have either of the above? We can also accept a mail order payment via a bank Money Order, Cashiers Check, or even business/personal check. Simply add the items to your shopping cart as usual, and when prompted for your method of payment, click on the 'Mail Order' option. You will be presented with a page to print out, which you can include with your payment mailed to us. Please note that checks will need to be 100% verified and cleared by our bank before your order can be shipped, so we encourage the use of certified funds such as a Money Order or Cashiers Check to avoid delays in shipping. Please be absolutely sure that your return address, contact information and order details are included in the envelope you mail to us! If you are an international customer, please wait to hear back from us by email before sending your payment, as your shipping amount may need to be increased!

Purchase Order
Schools and (some) Businesses may purchase by PO when necessary on a net-30 account. Please place your order directly on our web site, choosing the "Purchase Order" option. When that is complete, you MUST also fax us your signed and itemized PO, along with the Robot MarketPlace order number. We CANNOT process a purchase order without having received this signed fax. Be sure to run your full order through the shopping cart first so that all the proper shipping amounts are calculated for you. If we have not accepted a purchase order from you in the past, please be prepared to forward to us your credit references.

Bank Wire Transfer
We also accept bank wire transfers for large orders (over $1000). Some international customers with large orders may be required to pay via this method, as we have unfortunately had problems with credit card fraud in the past. Contact us with your order request. Please note that bank wire transfers carry an additional $50 processing fee.
