A 90-degree twist gives zero to full speed (0-100% of pot travel). It is fully compatible with all the 4QD speed controllers we sell. The tube clamp fits a 22mm diameter tube. The cable supplied is 1.8m long, 3 core 16AWG wire. </font></p>
