The Niteline 18R packs big-time 4WD onroad performance into a mini-sized package. Based on the original RC18T platform, the 18R features an Acssociated Niteline body, 7-spoke wheels, and optimized onroad suspension for superior handling and traction. The 18R is powered by an inline-mounted "Super 370" high performance motor, bolted to an aluminum motor mount with several mounting holes to fit most after-market 1:18 scale hop-up motors.
The 18T transfers all the power to the ground with its efficient shaft-drive, 4WD power-train featuring front and read ball differentials.
The 18R suspension absorbs all of the bumps in the road with oil-filled shocks for smooth and consistent dampening. The four lower suspension arms are symmetrical and work with the molded upper suspension links to insure that the 18R's suspension geometry is optimum right out of the box.
