Red key is removable, insert and turn clockwise to turn on, turn counterclockwise and remove for off.

Depending on your robot's design, you may want to consider cutting the red plastic key down and either threading in a small allen head bolt or just filing a slot for a flathead screwdriver, so you can turn your robot on and off with a simple twist of a tool. Then you won't have to worry about the big key getting knocked off in battle.
