Finger Tech Lite Hubs

These work well and are easy to use! I had 2 minor issues with them:

1) The set screw is really small, which resulted in stripping of a cheap alan wrench.
2) This isn't a negative, but use hot glue or maybe super glue to secure the hubs to the wheels. I used plastic glue and it never set because it's air tight inside the wheel. They WILL slip on the inside of the wheel without glue.

Finger Tech Lite Hubs

These hubs are very useful and esy to use hubs. They make it simple to mount lite flite wheels to them. However, they require glue to adhere the wheels to the hubs. I would recommend using the Fingertech snap hubs because they do not have the extra screw cap on the side of the wheel and they also use a retaining ring instead of glue to keep the wheel secure on the hub. Overall the lite flite hubs are a simple, cheap option that get the job done.

These work great for mounting lite flite wheels, and are easier to use than other hubs i've seen, but i found the size of the alan key annoying (who actually has one that small?) and the kept popping out of the wheel until i epoxied them in. a little annoying, but worth it for the price and lack of drilling.

Fingertech Lite Hubs

Excellent hubs for the Lite Flight wheels. My only complaint is that I had to go out and get a set of even smaller alan wrenches to tighten down the hub nut. Other than that, and that the wheels need to be glued, these are awesome for the price

FingerTech Lite Hubs (pair)

These hubs are amazing. They worked so well during an ant-weight competition of mine. They are also very light, so when weighing in the robot, the hubs helped out a lot. Price-wise compared to the more expensive aluminum hubs, these hubs rock... But then again aluminum IS WELL aluminum... better than plastic.

The only problem with these is you have to design some circular fitting on the hubs if the diameter of the hole in your wheel is too big. It happened to me, and i just ended up using epoxy. Also there is no way to attach the wheel onto the hub. You have to using some sort of adhesive. So these hubs are a one-shot deal. Buy like 2 or 3 pairs and several sets of wheels for ant-weight competitions.

PROS: very light. works well, doesn't fall off during competition.

CONS: No way to attach wheel. Need adhesive to attach wheel.
