Retract180 allows a standard servo to be driven 180º without any servo modification. As long as the mechanical servo-stop allows this traverse range (most do!), Retract180 will drive your servo 180º from a standard RC signal (which, if driving a servo directly, only allows up to approx. 90º travel). Retract180 also allows the traverse-rate (speed at which the servo traverses its range) to be programmed, making it ideal for retract servos and other applications. It also has a complimentary ouput which drives a second servo in the opposite direction.

180 Degree Servo Extender

I have a GoPro HERO camera that I mount on my EasyStar for aerial video. I made a little homemade mount that allows for panning of the camera but found the servo travel wasn't far enough and moved too quickly. I used one of these to drive the panning servo and it worked great! Allows up to a full 180 degrees of panning range with a nice, smooth traverse speed. I highly recommend this product for such applications.

To all the customer reading this comment.. If you ever had a jet or plane deliver proform bad manuvers with 1 star quality. I highly recommend getting this product. The F4 Phantom 64mm EDF jet has very bad elevation capablities. This Jet needed more elevation control to allow it to avoid crashing into everything. Adding this 180 degrees Adapter made this jet capable of making sharp turns, crazy manuvers. You want more out of your servos? You want your plane or jet to do what it should do in the air? Get this Item. Period.
