NOT GOOD

I bought one of these to charge some smaller high quality SLA batteries with high hops for this versatile charger. I was quickly disappointed, I couldn't get it to stay on at first, then I couldn't get it to stop beeping, then it wouldn't charge at all, It appears simple, but its way to complicated, it takes about 10 min to get it set up so charge, then it wont even charge the batteries.
