I bought this along with some large Anderson crimp connectors, as well as some fold-over style crimp connectors from another source, similar to common Amp connectors, and I was pleasantly well surprised. This crimp tool is beefy, has good leverage, a nice tight pivot, and fairly well made crimping surfaces. It wasn't the exact tool I needed for my job, but compared to that $250 tool it did an outstanding job, and let me get a solid crimp without overdoing it and shearing it off. I think this tool is a great buy, and anticipate it being in my toolbox for many years.
