little motor takes the Copal line another step further with its all-metal
gears at a ratio of 50 to 1. We've tested this motor extensively,
and were extremely impressed at it's performance.
that this motor's gearbox is exposed, so it's best for use in a bot
where it is enclosed. If you need to, you could wrap a layer of thin
CF or foil around the gearbox if you're worried about grit getting
inside. Prewired with about 4in. long leads.
The motors are very powerful and fast enough for the battlebot that i'm building. But one problem I encountered was that the connector at the end of the motor wire wasn't compatible with my receiver pins. But thats easy enough to modify. Great motors.
when i tested the motors i loved them, but as soon as i installed them in my robot the leads broke off making them unusabel. so if you buy this i would suggest you epoxy the leads or something, over all they are great little motors.
COPAL SH50 50:1 Gearmotor is very good!
Very good item. But it need more velocity. It could be an option.
Example: This one, and another one with more velocity.

Not bad for a small DC gearmotor
Two of these motors were able to drive a 2 kg (4.4 lb) robot that my team created. It has a good amount of torque, given the metal gears. It's much more secure than the COPAL 60:1 gearmotor, which I bought. That one had plastic gears that stripped after a few days. This one works with no problems.
