The best, but I still wouldn't use them in combat.

When designing my two-wheeled antweight (1lb. weight class) combat robot I purchased and tested every small caster wheel I could find. Of all of them that I got my hands on the Tamiya proved to be the most robust for its size. It was the most convenient to mount, and the hardest to pull/knock the ball out of. It utilizes three little metal rollers instead of just having the ball rubbing on the plastic housing like many of the other designs.

Then I put the robot in an arena with a steel floor which had gotten all torn up by the larger robots that were fighting at the same event. After only the first match the roller was so damaged just by the sharp burrs in the floor that it barely moved. A few hits from an undercutting blade in the second match and it was frozen solid.

In retrospect I should have just used a protruding piece of UHMW as my third point of contact. That said, this was still the best small caster I was able to find.

Good mounting options

I use this in my Beetlweight robot. The one thing that, in my opinion, makes it better than the other castors sold here, is the variety of mounting options.
