The Robot MarketPlace acts as a storefront for several vendors, as well as sourcing
from our own inventory. Therefore, some products listed in this MarketPlace
may have been manufactured, warrantied and shipped by a third party.

Prices
Please
note that when you've placed items into the Robot MarketPlace shopping
cart, you are actually getting an ESTIMATE for shipping & handling.
Your actual shipping amount may go up or down slightly before your
order is processed. If you believe that you have been overcharged by
the shopping cart system, do not be alarmed. You will NOT be charged
the higher amount that the cart estimated, but rather the ACTUAL shipping
after the order has been processed by us manually. Likewise, don't
get too excited if your shipping shows up surprisingly low. We catch
all shipping errors before your card is actually charged and you will
be contacted when there are any differences from what the shopping
cart system quoted you. We are tweaking the system all the time to
generate more accurate shippping, so thank you for your patience as
we make adjustments.
Shipping
Methods
We primarily ship by USPS Priority Mail, however depending on size,
weight, rush request, and distributor preference, we may also use
UPS or DHL services. Overnight shipping is typically by DHL.

Sales
Tax
Our shopping cart will NOT automatically add sales tax to your order.
We may need to manually add state sales tax on some items if the product
destination and product shipper are in the same state. We are located
in Florida, and some of our distributors ship from California,
Nevada, Minnesota, as well as a few other states. If you live in one
of these states, we may need to add sales tax to all or part of your
order. If this is the case, you should receive an email notification
when we process your order. If your business or organization is tax
exempt, or if you are purchasing with intent to resell, we request
that you include your state Tax ID number in the 'Special Instructions'
field upon checkout.
International
Shipping
Yes,
we ship internationally. However, our shopping cart is optimized
for U.S. shipping, so if you are an international customer, we may
need to add extra shipping to your order when it is processed. Please
note that international shipping can take significantly longer than
shipping within the U.S.
Returns
There
are no returns on electronics items or
on custom, made-to-order items (especially cut-to-order carbon fiber
and metal products), unless there is a manufacturing defect. No returns
on items that have been modified or damaged by the buyer. Returns WILL
NOT be considered if customer has been in possession of the item for
60 days or more. Please contact
us to find out if your item may qualify for a return. Returned
merchandise is subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.

about any particular product or problems with the shopping cart sytem
may be submitted by

All
shipping, support and repairs will be handled by each product third
party vendor. The Robot MarketPlace is not responsible for end-user
product support, except for products shipped directly by The Robot
MarketPlace.
The
Robot MarketPlace works closely with the vendors here to maintain up-to-date
product listings and prices, and we will ensure satisfaction in all
transactions that take place through the Robot MarketPlace. In the
event of any disagreements or dissatisfaction, The Robot MarketPlace
will work with consumer and vendor to come to an optimal resolution
for all parties involved.
